OUR STORY

Established in 1995.
Over 20 years have passed since Long Hai opened its restaurant doors in El Camino Plaza in Tustin. At the time of our opening, we were one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The name "Long Hai" has several personal connections to their heritage. "Long Hai" is a port in Vietnam, but the name also symbolizes a rising dragon. A lot has changed since then, but one thing that remains the same is the quality of food and dining. We have been a small family run business since the start, working together to share with others the enjoyment of good cuisine in your own Long Hai "home". Trung Nguyen, our talented and energetic head chef and store owner leads in creating scrumptious and fresh dishes. We hope that you enjoy dining with us, and welcome to the LH family!

MEET THE CHEF/OWNER

Trung Nguyen is both the head chef and business owner of Long Hai. Trung has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. His passion for cooking originates from his experiences as a young man in Vietnam.
